Our Frisbee Coaching Program introduces kids to the exciting world of Ultimate Frisbee and Frisbee Golf, blending fun, fitness, and strategy. In this program, players will learn the basics of throwing, catching, and strategic play, as well as team coordination and sportsmanship. Coaches will guide athletes through engaging drills, helping them improve their hand-eye coordination, agility, and field awareness while learning the rules and dynamics of both Ultimate Frisbee and Frisbee Golf. Whether they're looking to play casually or develop competitive skills, this program fosters teamwork, communication, and confidence in a fun and friendly environment.
